Villa Kyma - Six Bedroom House, Sleeps 12
This two-storey property, which is located on the beach in Heldeberg,
strikes a mix between luxury and class. Villa Kyma is the perfect
escape for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing,
self-catering time away with the ocean water on their doorstep.
The home has six luxurious bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious living
room, a dining room, and a large kitchen, as well as a patio with a
lounging area, and the few steps to the beach allow for stunning ocean
views and magnificent sunsets. The area has been used to make the house
flow comfortably from room to room. Three of the bedrooms offer
beachfront views, creating a tranquil atmosphere.
The estate offers a variety of activities for all to enjoy, including
tennis and squash courts, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse. A scenic
cove that offers a great feast of water-based sports and a promenade
filled with fish shops, coffee shops, and restaurants are both
protected by the bay as it nestles up against the soaring Heldeberg
mountains in Gordons Bay.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 15 Antilles, Faure Marine Drive
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
