The Waters Edge at Tampa
This split level two storey home, has living up top and sleeping downstairs.
Upstairs, the sunny open plan living/dining/kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows allows you to delight in the views. The good sized kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and all the family will need for cooking up a storm. There is a TV and DVD and good size stereo in the lounge area and electric heating, ceiling fan and air-conditioner - or just open up the doors and windows and let the sea breeze flow through.
The three bedrooms are on the lower level - 2 of the bedrooms have small wall mounted TV's.
The bathroom and laundry are combined with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
