「Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer.」

「We loved our jungle experience here. We saw a cassowary when we first parked! The staff was helpful, the communal kitchen was always clean and the common area was a great place for the kids to play games while we chatted. A must do for travellers wanting a unique experience in the Daintree.」

「Staff are so rude and unhelpful I already wrote on review on google and Expedia. avoid this place if you want quality and polite staff. room nice enough but not worth the money , breakfast is fair at best, we tried it one time then we ended up having breakfast at the pullman and it was excellent」

「The garden setting and the u shape of the overall resort are lovely. The beach is very close literally metres away. Although the pool and spa are not heated it was still refreshing to have a dip due to the overall warm winter weather. The washing machine and dryer are in the apartment so very convenient. The cons: Whilst the apartment is smoke free. There was smoke from other apartment that wafted in from the balcony so had to close the balcony door quite often. No oven however there is a...

「The room we received did not match the photo at all. Staff were apologetic but management are obviously doing thsi intentionally, hoping that people don't read reviews and knowing that customers have few other options once they have arrived. Room was not made up when we arrived, when we came back we still did not have adequate bedding for 4 people. The extra bed was jammed in with a door handle right where you would usually place your head. Would not recommend.」
