「AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! stayed here for work, only room left available was a "superior suite" arrived at the property which is in a very remote area (which was nice but also left nothing to do) checked in to find my "suite" had been forcibly downgraded to a twin room, after i'd checked in i went straight for dinner because the restaurant was due to close at 9pm (food was very average as well, i'm 1/4 Italian and the italian cuisine here was tasteless and small im portion size, very...

「Very clean comfy good location and lovely staff well worth a visit」

「good location with friendly staff and so wondeful view of lake and hill, tyical north walse scenery」

「the staff very helpful food was very good , excellent value.」

「We arrived late and were met by amazing helpful staff that not only stayed late to check us in but also helped us upstairs with our bags. The room was perfect, beds were comfy and bathroom was very nice. Breakfast the next morning was great, fruit, cereal, pastries and coffee for £10. Highly highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet and cozy stay in wales.」

「Great hotel. Worth going. Service is good. The room is amazing. 」

「Lovely hotel, very friendly staff」

「staff were absolutely friendly, the room was so clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to have an amazing view when eating breakfast or going on a walk」

「Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Not recommended. Our room was directly above the bar with a live band, which meant room shaked and vibrated. Continued until after 11pm to be replaced with loud music until midnight. When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they...

「Disappointed that TV didn't work, nor was there a radio. Also room didnt have a lock apparantly as the room was designated as a fire escape. The good points were the breakfast and cleanliness and bed comfortable.」

「Lovely stay in the middle of Beaumaris with helpful staff and great breakfast in well maintained old pub」

「Clean room, comfy bed but a bit noisy with traffic as it is on a main road. On a plus note it is just across road from train station so ideal for travellers.」

「Our second visit to the Menai and it won’t be our last. The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly that you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The room was warm, spacious and the towels and bedding were clean. Lots of tea/coffee provided in the room and this was replenished by the staff whenever needed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and prompt as you order your choices the night before for a specific timeslot the following morning. Yes, the place has creaky old floorboards and the decor is...

「整體酒店住宿價格合理，有大花園大停車場環境優美，酒店餐廳超級昂貴，跟房格不成正比。地方偏僻沒有得選擇，所以貴。」

「Lovely accommodation with an excellent breakfast」
