「Lovely view from balcony, but... Internal areas need updating. No welcome package, no cooking materials such as oils, peppers, Beds are old and uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and smelly. Yellow flames from cooker signify lack of maintenance - a safety issue.」

「We booked here last minute as our first booking through VRBO turned out to be a scam. Giacomo the owner/host was great from the start. Almost immediately after booking (while in flight across the Atlantic) he was reaching out via WhatsApp with details etc for our stay that next day. The house is very warm and inviting. We enjoyed the amazing views off the back porch while playing cards and laughing with our friends. Giacomo had lots of information to share with us on where to shop for groceries,...

「The window in the room was so small it was almost nonexistent. It was covered with a film and could not be opened. As a result, both the room and the bathroom were extremely stuffy and poorly ventilated. Even on a sunny day, the room was almost completely dark.」

「Our stay at Arcadia Rooms was delightful. The room was clean, everything inside it looked brand new, and had all we needed for our 8-night stay. The shared kitchen was super helpful, especially with the microwave, plates, and utensils. The family running the business were kind, friendly, and accommodating - a special thank you to them for proactively checking in on us every day to ask if there was anything we needed.
In addition to the accommodation itself, this place has an amazing location....

「The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno indimenticabile – grazie Tony!
Siamo Massimo e Wiki e abbiamo trascorso nove giorni meravigliosi a La Casa di Sciù Sciù. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e molto curato: veniva pulito regolarmente, i letti sistemati più volte e tutto era sempre fresco e ordinato. Una pulizia davvero impeccabile!
La zona è tranquilla e sicura, con minimarket e persone gentilissime nelle vicinanze. Tram e autobus sono praticamente a un minuto a piedi, comodissimi per raggiungere Palermo.
Ma ciò...

「Our host Paolo was extremely helpful from before we arrived to even after we left. An invaluable local contact on top of a wonderful, clean room with an amazing balcony where you can have breakfast and coffee. The cleaner Giovanna also cleaned our room everyday. The room is well isolated from the noise outside but sometimes a little noisy in the morning for noise from the breakfast area but this is only a problem for light sleepers. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back!」
