Bon séjour ( du 20/7/19 au 27/7/19 ) avec quelques point problématiques

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette grande, belle et propre villa, les propriétaires sont accueillants et de bons conseils. Les chambres sont confortables et les salles de bains sont grandes et bien équipée. La propriété complètement clôturée est sécurisée grâce à un portail électrique bien pratique. L’isolement permet d’être vraiment à l’aise. Il nous semble important d’attirer l’attention des futurs locataires sur quelques points, le mobilier de terrasse est de qualité moyenne, les terrasses sont très mal éclairées, un éclairage LED moderne serait un plus. La piscine n’est pas adaptée au prix demandé, pas d’éclairage le soir dans et autour de celle-ci, terrasse très petite près de cette piscine et pas de parasol. La climatisation ( en supplément du prix ) ne peut pas être réglée à moins de 25° !, il faut le savoir si vous souhaitez des pièces plus fraîches. Le propriétaire entre dans la propriété pour nettoyer la piscine sans votre accord. Nous mettons la cote de 7,5 sur 10 en appréciation globale.

Het is een mooi huis. Wij zijn tot rust gekomen. De keuken voorziet alles wat je nodig hebt. Een hele mooie uitzicht van de heuvels en bij nacht een fantastische uitzicht op Arezzo. Zeker om aan te bevelen. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It is a beautiful house. We have come to rest. The kitchen provides everything you need. A very nice view of the hills and a fantastic view of Arezzo at night. Definitely recommended.

Abbiamo passato, con la mia famiglia e due grandi cani, una settimana di agosto in tranquillità e rilassamento nella splendida Villa Leo godendoci il giardino con la piscina ben tenuta e fortunatamente un clima giusto per una vacanza. La casa è ben accessoriata con mobilio ed accessori praticamente nuovi vicinissimi ad Arezzo ma lontani da qualsiasi caos. Consiglio a chi cerca privacy e tranquillità.”

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 5 giorni presso Villa Leo. Sono stato accolto dai proprietari, Federica ed Alessandro, in maniera molto cordiale e familiare. Mi hanno mostrato la casa, una struttura nuova, indipendente, ben arredata, molto ampia, dotata di tutti i servizi e di una meravigliosa veranda con vista sulla sottostante vallata. È circondata da un ampio giardino esterno con piscina, barbecue, pergolato e sdraio. I proprietari sono stati fantastici e disponibili consigliandoci escursioni, paesi da visitare, ristoranti, bar, pasticcerie e attrazioni per i bimbi. Villa Leo si è subito presentata molto accogliente ed ordinata: erba rasata, luci accese nel giardino, piscina attiva, nonostante fosse sera, acqua molto pulita e telo praticamente nuovo. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto riposante, potendo contare sulla privacy garantita da Villa Leo, circondata da olivi, e sulla sua vicinanza ai principali servizi. In sintesi è una Residenza da consigliare e senza dubbio la migliore fra tutte quelle provate nel cuore della Toscana come rapporto qualità/prezzo. Complimenti a Federica ed Alessandro!!!

L'endroit est calme, reposant et à la fois proche de la belle ville d'Arezzo. Un grand panorama magnifique des collines est proposé d'un côté de la maison et de l'autre la ville d'Arezzo avec la plaine qui y conduit. La maison spacieuse est très propre et bien équipée. La piscine parfaitement entretenue. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, conciliants et discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre collines typiques toscanes et nombreux lieux culturels. Me and my family had one of our best vacation trips ever in this beautiful house in this calm village outside Arezzo. The house (and the pool) was very clean and well decorated and the views were magnificent. The owners were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
