「Seeing Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip and stayed 3 night in this hotel. Located on a high ground of Goreme with stunning panoramic view to the entire valley. One of the best place to see the early morning hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel setting is excellent with every room is different in shape and confriguration, and the real cave room, the one I had, was an unique experience to me. Cave room do not have air-conditioning and bathroom exhaust is not good enough. And...

「The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep...

「Great hotel in the centre of the city. We had family room with small patio area. You can see air balloons at 5am from patio. It is carved in the cave - absolutely gorgeous. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was great. Only small improvement i can suggest - better shampoo and conditioner and dispenser thst did not work in our room. The breakfast was on the rooftop with great view and decent selection. I would want to have more watermelon and fruit considering we traveled end of June. The...

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「這次住了3晚兩種房型：108 跟113,都非常好， 真正的洞穴房型。早餐很棒，視野很好。 尤其是113 Moonlight，能夠住在仙女煙囪，真是很棒的體驗，飯店走路不遠就是看能看夕陽~ 這個家族經營的飯店，服務很好，非常親切，我們租車在土耳其自駕旅行，飯店有停車場，不用擔心~ 飯店有良好的旅遊行程代訂服務~ 唯一小小缺點，就是保險箱故障，但是我們不介意，若下次再來格雷梅，我還是會選擇這裡的。 」
