Beautiful spot , room is nice . Very clean and well kept. Front staff were very helpful . Convenient to walk up to center of town from hotel however will need taxi from marina to hotel if have luggage as too many steps .

We loved our stay! It was close to the Center and everything was very walkable but the bus is also an option close by. They also had a pool! The staff was friendly and we would definitely stay here again !:)

Jacopo gave us a warm welcome and providedneeded info for our stay. We stayed in the "Vespa" room, which was a charming space with a spacious bathroom. While the room was equipped and pleasant, it seemed to be in need of some maintenance, particularly the furniture and bathroom. Although our room didn't offer a view, I believe that other rooms provide a good view of either the sea or the mountains. Overall, it's a beautiful place and I highly recommend it.

Arrived and there was no toilet paper or soap etc. Told them the next day and they said they check the rooms twice so basically said we were lying and didn't provide any. Manager was extremely confrontational and rude. Worst customer service ever. We left the next day. He turned a simple issue into a heated argument and handled the situation terribly. Instead of providing toilet paper he refused to accept there wasn't any. Clearly the owner/manager has an ego issue. Paid $500 a night for a sub standard hotel as if we would try to steal $0.50 paper. Find somewhere better. Also breakfast are stale pastries.

Great service and kind faces. But Air conditioning cooling was a big challenge… it’s sad but it didn’t ruin our vacation. We would strongly recommend the owner upgrade the cooling system in this room.

Great location and super lovely staff. The person who greeted us told us all about the area and gave great recommendations. Our boat was late and they were very understanding. The room was really clean and well-stocked. The bathroom had nice shampoos and body washes which was useful. The hotel is also really close to the main square and easy to find. Only three small issues for us: 1) The room was quite small so we were glad to only be there for one night. 2) Breakfast was mostly very, very sweet options such as cakes. 3) The fridge in the room was really noisy and woke us up a few times. But overall we had a good stay!

The staff were wonderful, The room was nice and clean. The little pool on the upper level was nice to come back and cool off in as Capri is hot in mid June. I would stay there again. They’re were very tolerant of American travelers. Which I appreciated since I was very hot and weary at check in time! Thank you!

We had a good stay at Villa Patrizi. The staff was super helpful, and the location on Caprì made it walkable. We weren’t able to make it for breakfast, but I enjoyed the pool with my 15month old and we had a nice time.

Experience in Capri, Villa Patrizi
It is a very nice place, conveniently located within walking distance to Capri city center. No taxis were required as it was close to town and also Marina Grande. The host was great, he had our room ready early, although the usual check is at 12 pm. He was very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The property is within walking distance from Marina Grande and the Piazzetta in Capri. The place is clean and convenient. The staff is friendly and accomodating and the owner is very responsive and available. Definitely recommend this stay.
