“If you have limited time in Capri and you wish to go to the Blue Grotto and Monte Solaro Chairlift, please don't stay at this hotel as it is not closed to both attractions. After arriving at the pier from ship, it take you 15mins for travelling taxi and 10 mins walk to hotel. It is very inconvenient! Renting a scooter in hotel cost €80per day, but other shops cost us €55 per day. Will u still rent in hotel? The room is very clean, quiet and decorated, I can't sleep more better. However,……

“The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. ”

“The view is gorgeous but the half mile trek uphill was undersold. They warn you that it’s a little trek but it is a steep incline )17-18 flights) to the center of town. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening due to the distance back/forth and got food poisoning from the seafood. Two days of our trip was spent stuck in the room. The charge to transport your luggage is ridiculous but necessary with the hotel being so far. Concierge did give good advice on ferry tickets.”

“We had an entire apartment in a perfect area, close to shopping and the trolley. The apartment was clean and had its own private patio and washing machine. The room was comfortable and quiet, with perfect air conditioning. The accommodation was luxurious, and check-in was smooth. As soon as we arrived, we were contacted on WhatsApp and met at the property for check-in. The place is right across from the Vega Hotel, which has an amazing pool with a gorgeous view. We paid £30 to lounge for the day……

“We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Palazzo M Capri and had the most amazing huge room with a wraparound patio and ocean view! The interior design of this hotel is classy and gorgeous. From the minute we arrived, we had excellent customer service from everyone who worked there and we were treated so well.
