Great View

The condo had a nice, unobstructed view of the beach. We made all our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, new appliances and accessories. Very quiet and less than a minute walk to the beach. We will be back!

Beautiful villa and property!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the Beach Villas on gorgeous Captiva Island! The staff was great to work with and answered questions quickly. The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The way it is currently described implies it is inside the villa.

Comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our time at the apartment. Perhaps being English I did not associate you description calling it a Beachfront Residence being a second floor apartment. Also notification should be made clearer that the elevator has not been operational for a long period of time. As an elderly guest I did not appreciate having to carry heavy luggage up the steps.
