「My stay here was amazing. I was surprised when I recieved a call from the resort prior to my stay to see if I had any questions. I was delighted with the low cost to stay there and even more delighted with the room. I was upgraded for free from the staff since there were extra rooms available and my room was clean and quiet. 「Wonderful stay in the Poconos. Warm, cozy place and a perfect winter atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. You can really feel that they care about their guests. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back.」
