This is the first negative review I have ever left. This was clearly once a big bustling resort center. But it likely went under and they sold it. Now some family is running it bare bones, but keeping up all the old pictures of when it was thriving, making it look like it is still nice online.
The property looked abandoned when we arrived, weeds everywhere, overgrown, limited signage, and no cars in parking lot. The end where we stayed has like 4 floors and the upper three looked wrecked from the windows. The whole building had a 4/10 cigarette smoke smell. The pool had a "temporarily closed" sign, but had clearly been closed for a long time. It seemed obvious they did not intend to fix it. Various areas were in disrepair, including exposed wiring
We we're unhappy, primarily because of the pool being shut down and the cigarette smell. So we asked for our money back, and were told no and give the run around. I probably could have gotten my money back if I got really angry and raged at the man at the counter, but I just don't think that is kind or acceptable, so I decided to leave this review instead.
Would highly recommend against staying here.
