Our charming little mountain lodge doesn't have an elevator, but we have just two floors and are more than happy to help with luggage! Not sure what you mean by hard to get someone.... we are available to you 24/ 7 at the front desk! Happy to help!

Thanks for staying with us! We checked out the bathroom and didn't find anything amiss - all of the bathrooms in the hotel were fully renovated just a few months ago! Please always let us know if there is something we can help with during your stay!

We have no secret fees, you are referring to the authorization placed on credit cards at check-in. There is a 25 authorization hold placed on a guest's credit card upon arrival and released immediately upon checkout. This is done to ensure we have payment for any incidental charges and/ or possible damage to our property. As you travel, you will find this practice at every hotel, car rental agency etc. Take care -

Hi, we offer complimentary bottled water and a snack of your choice upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel has vending options and several restaurants within walking distance - with a gas station/ car wash one block away! Plus of course, our complimentary hot breakfast each morning!! Thanks for staying!
