SĂ©jour pour le Frenchman

La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, moderne et spacieuse . Attention il y’a pas mal de marches donc il faut de bonnes jambes. La procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs simple. Merci encore.

Maison fonctionnelle dans un environnement trÚs agréable

Nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s pour un we familial . La maison est grande et trĂšs fonctionnelle. Bon Ă©quipement de cuisine. 2 terrasses permettant de bien profiter de l’extĂ©rieur et du joli jardin bien entretenu ! La plage est Ă  deux pas ! Bonne communication avec Olivier le propriĂ©taire. En rĂ©sumĂ© , maison agrĂ©able pour passer un we entre amis ou en famille. En revanche , il faut peut ĂȘtre faire le point sur prĂȘt de vĂ©los (on a oubliĂ© d’en parler et on n’a pas pu en profiter)

Super séjour dans une belle maison ultra équipée et rénovée

Nous sommes venus entre amis avec de jeunes enfants, nous avons adorĂ© la maison toute refaite avec goĂ»t et bien agencĂ©e. Emplacement au top malgrĂ© l’avenue le long de la maison. PropriĂ©taire trĂšs arrangeant !

Excellent séjour

Venus 1 semaine avec 4 enfants/ados de 12 ans pour une compétition de planche à voile, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison trÚs bien située (SPAR à 1 minutes à pied et plage du lac avec cabane de location de planche, pédalo, catamaran, stand up paddle à 1 min à pied également!). La maison est moderne, trÚs bien pensée et décorée simplement avec goût, également trÚs bien équipée et trÚs agréable à vivre. Belles terrasses et beau jardin. Enfin, tout était trÚs propre ! Si nous avons besoin d'y retourner, nous relouerons sans nous poser de question.

Une villa accueillante, fonctionnelle et chaleureuse.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la Villa. Elle est spacieuse, confortable, trÚs bien équipée. Nous avons pu cuisiner en toute simplicité comme nous faire plaisir avec les restaurants situés à proximité. La présence d'une superette à quelques mÚtres est vraiment un plus. Dans ce logement tout est pensé pour que les locataires passent un séjour agréable. La literie est de trÚs bonne qualité ! La proximité immédiate du lac est la cerise sur le gùteau. Il suffit de descendre la rue et l'on se retrouve les pieds dans le sable. Merci à notre hÎte pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine créer des souvenirs impérissables entre amis dans cette maison.

Emplacement idéal

3 chambres, pas 4

Tout a Ă©tĂ© nickel, mais c'est vrai que la 4Ăšme chambre est trĂšs virtuelle : sous terraine, 2 vasistas de 30 cm de haut, pas de prise Ă©lectrique, "isolĂ©e" de la piĂšce de vie par de simples rideaux. C'est le seul bĂ©mol Ă  apporter. On y a sĂ©journĂ© avec des petits et la proximitĂ© du lac Ă©tait gĂ©niale, et avec des surfeurs, qui Ă©taient Ă  l'ocĂ©an en 25/30 minutes de vĂ©lo. Balcon terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©able au 1er, grandes tables pour ĂȘtre tous autour Ă  10. Ne pas croire le thermostat du four pour les basses tempĂ©ratures, il ne sait pas le faire, mais c'est vraiment anecdotique.

Superbe séjour à Maubuisson

Maison parfaitement aménagée et trÚs agréable à vivre; tout est neuf, propre et fonctionnel. Le lac est à 2 pas et la plage trÚs agréable pour des enfants et amateurs de sports nautiques (planche à voile,etc...). TrÚs bon accueil d'Olivier. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Cette maison est idéalement située. Refaites à neuf avec des volumes spacieux nous vous y sommes tout de suite sentis trÚs bien. Le propriétaire a été conciliant et disponible.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre trÚs agréable

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Olivier dans une maison refaite Ă  neuf avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le confort, l’emplacement idĂ©al face au lac, prĂšs des activitĂ©s nautiques et du centre de Maubuisson. Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances familiales rĂ©ussis et nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Magnifique Maison trÚs agréable à vivre

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille dans cette magnifique maison pendant 1semaine et serions bien restĂ©s beaucoup plus! Elle vient d’ĂȘtre refaite et tout est bien et joliment pensĂ© avec diffĂ©rents espaces de vie extĂ©rieurs et intĂ©rieurs, tous trĂšs agrĂ©ables. La plage est toute proche avec son club de planche/ SUP/voile. MĂȘme un Spar pour les courses. Bref tout est lĂ  pour de trĂšs bonnes vacances ! Merci Ă  Olivier pour tout ça !
