「Very charming and spotless room. The only issue was to be informed the swimming pool was closed. This should be informed during the reservation. In the beginning of the Autumn - 1st October was very hot in Menaggio ( 24oC ). After an argument with the reception they accept for me to use the swimming pool. A lot of rules regarding the restaurant area and guest areas. The approach was quite rude and confuse in my opinion.」
