The positives:The bed was comfortableThe linen and towels were cleanThe WIFI is goodThe host responded to my messages quickly and in a friendly mannerUnfortunately the pictures are old - the general cleanliness and maintenance was poor (for example the freezer was iced over, badly broken freezer drawer and dirt at the base of the freezer, greasy cutlery and pans, a dirty shower curtain - which was changed at my request - missing toilet roll holder, missing clothes hanging space, toilet constantly running water, only one chair at the table, doors not shutting properly, window not opening - this is not an exhaustive list). All minor in themselves, but giving the impression of a more run-down apartment than the one advertised as 'excellent'. The manager visited while I was there and agreed with all of the points I made, but the host told Vrbo that there were no issues. It's a shame, because it had the potential of being a nice apartment (as the original pictures demonstrate).
