"Clean, well-maintained home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding was comfortable, the internet worked well, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor grill were all provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, making the location very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.The only minor suggestion is that the outdoor seating area could use a little attention. Other than that, we had no complaints at all."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Mary was an exceptional host—so kind, thoughtful, and responsive. She answered all of our questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we booked until we checked out.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every detail had clearly been thought out. Being right on the sand at the beach was amazing, the views are incredible, and we were impressed by all the little extras that made our stay so comfortable. From the BBQ grill, beach chairs, and umbrellas on the back deck to the provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner, everything was there. They even included bottled water for the coffee maker, which was such a thoughtful touch.The towels were some of the softest and most luxurious we’ve ever used in a vacation rental! It’s obvious that Ms. Mary takes great pride in providing an outstanding experience for her guests.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable beach getaway. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Beautiful older home directly on the beach. Amazing views. Close to all activities and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Host was immediately available if needed. Only issues: spa was only a water feature it advertised you could heat the pool for a fee so that was misleading and the pool light was out. Was informed by owner there was no swimming at night because the pool is shallow. It’s more of a liability to not have the pool light working and it is certainly unreasonable to think the pool will not be used at night. That was not specified in the rental agreement. I would suggest some sort of nonslip mats on the tile floor off the pool as one of our guests did slip and fall. Had a great stay and would definitely rent again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for small group/1 family. House is close to beach walkover and pool. Both bedrooms upstairs and they share a bathroom (or one bedroom can use the downstairs full bathroom)."

"We were disappointed in how little supply of toilet paper and garbage sacks there were considering how big the house is. Location was awesome though!!Had some confusion when checking in and then was told would have instructions to check out and never received them. The house could use some maintenance as the back door handle does not work and the dryer took forever-vent was full. Over all we enjoyed our stay right on the ocean and a very beautiful area!"
