"What a beautiful property with loads to do! It is an escape from the realities of the day to day and also is a self-contained entertainment hub. To the Children's Museum, to the shops, restaurants and boutiques, the interesting art strung throughout and of course the home of the factory. Everything is connected through 4 stories of the old Kellogg's building. What an amazing use of space and the hotel is truly the jewel within. Heated pool, out door hut tub and state of the art work out facilities make the stay that much more enjoyable. Live entertainment playing in the lobby, with a wonderful aroma that fills your nostrils as soon as you get off the elevator on the first floor. Definitely a wonderful family experience with very posh style throughout the entire hotel."

"The King corner rooms are at the end of the hall and quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly clean and the pool was enjoyable. Great stay as always."

"The hotel was descent. One thing I did not care for was that I had to let them know to come and clean my broom. They did not clean my room (one of the luxuries of staying at a hotel) and I had to call the reception desk to put in a request for the room to be cleaned at around 3 pm. I also had to physically go to the reception desk to let them know no one showed up to clean the room. Otherwise the stay was descent "

"this was our second time staying here and will not be going back. we checked in to our room and the bed was broken and it was sunken in the middle. they did switch our room whick was nice but that room the beds were squeeky we just delt with it. there was a dog on our floor that kept us up all night. ogs should be kept to 1 floor "

"The property is located near many local sites- university, mall, restaurants and shops. It’s comfortable and clean. The only issue is the sink drain is slow draining. "

"I enjoyed my stay here and it was reasonably priced with one of my highlights being the fact that it was really quiet! I enjoyed the breakfast here and this was aligned to staying with in-laws in another room. The staff were friendly, and my main even better-if would be for the coffee to be a bit more flavourful, but this is a small tidbit. "
