"The overall status of the hotel is nice, we arrived quite later at 1:00am, but the housekeeping starts knocking doors from 9:30 all the way to 10:40 (about 4 times) to ask people to check out... they really did what their boss told..."

"Very slick check-in with staff who clearly know their job, are all over the systems and clearly want you to have the best stay possible.
