「We had a large group in town for Jazzfest / Bachelor Party extravaganza, and this house met all of our needs and then some. The house is exceptionally charming, and has plenty of space for a large group to spread out. It is also extremely well located - only a 15 minute walk to the quarter, also a short drive over to the expressway in case you're getting out of town. Lee Ann was an absolute delight as a host as well - extremely friendly, communicative, and flexible as our plans changed around....

「This charming little house was perfect for our needs. While it is an older home, it is clean and well-maintained. The rent was value-priced. Easy walking access to the Ferry that drops you off at the French Quarter perimeter (convenient and inexpensive). There are nice restaurants in Algiers Point that are within walking distance.」

「This place was great I was staying here with a friend I had not seen in 30 years, we wanted to be together so I picked this apartment it was perfect. It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after.」

「Enjoyed the property and location of the property for the wife’s birthday “staycation”. Only issue we had was upon arrival. Code for front door did not work, room was 85° because thermostat was set to heat and there were some termites inside due to balcony door not being shut all the way. Not quite sure how I feel about the phone call received a day after booking and paying in full to ask the reason of our stay and to ensure we were not having a party since we were locals.
