Welcome to the Heart of Carlsbad Village, a luxury residence located one block from the beach and right in the center of Carlsbad Village. With beach access, restrooms, a summer lifeguard tower, and the start of the oceanfront boardwalks just steps away, this home offers an unbeatable blend of convenience and coastal living. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, wine bars, and boutiques, many guests park in the private two-car garage and walk everywhere.

This newly built 3,000 sq ft home features four spacious king bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an open-concept living area, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a six-burner range, double ovens, and ample counter space. The living room includes two large sectionals, a fireplace, and sliding doors that welcome ocean breezes. Two dining areas provide plenty of room for family meals and entertaining.

The primary master suite spans nearly 800 sq ft and includes a king bed, private roof deck balcony, soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, makeup counter, and a private water closet. A spiral staircase from the balcony leads to an exclusive rooftop sun deck with peek views of the Pacific Ocean steps from Carlsbad Village.

Families will appreciate the thoughtful extras, including a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby gates, toys, games, and puzzles. The private garage is stocked for beach days with chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, and a wagon.

After a day in the sun, enjoy central A/C, grill on the patio, or take a short walk to the Village for ice cream or live music. For larger groups, the identical home next door (Vrbo #288076) can be rented together for twice the space.

Great location!

This rental worked very well for us. It’s a great location for walks to the beach, shopping or restaurants. All was clean, well stocked and in good working order. It was just the two of us but the home is huge and seems well suited families. Would consider staying again on our next trip to Carlsbad.

Fantastic condo center of Carlsbad!

Wonderful condo - roomy and well maintained. Host was easy to communicate with. Loved all the amenities, and easy walking to State Street with so many restaurants (and Handel's ice cream!). Would absolutely stay there again.

Absolutely Perfect

We were very comfortable and so happy with condo. It is well maintained and very clean. The location is fantastic and the area was very quiet especially for being in the heart of the village. We had everything we needed and Kimmy was so great to work with. Can’t wait to stay again!

We have stayed in Carlsbad on a regular basis over the years and the spot of this VRBO is highly desirable. Home was wonderful and perfect for our family. Only negative is we had no functioning dishwasher for the 6 day stay.

Great location with easy walking distances to the beach, eateries and bars. Many golf courses within close driving proximity. Communication was good, but seemed to have 2 people sending slightly different instructions for arrival and departure .Accommodations were excellent, and really appreciated the dedicated garage.Would highly recommend this listing.Theacc

Girls Trip

The perfect place for a girls trip. Walking distance to all of the shops/restaurants in the village & the beach. Parking garage is a huge plus. The place was very spacious & clean. Kimmy was a great host! 10/10 recommend.

Great location and everything you need!

This condo had everything our family of eight needed. Lots of beach toys, beach towels, wagon, umbrellas. The kitchen was well stocked, and the host did not skimp on paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was very roomy and the king size beds were very comfortable. It was quiet, but very close to the beach and also downtown. We walked everywhere, which we loved. We’ve already made a reservation for next year!

Excellent location for family reunion!

The property was so perfect for our gathering! There was plenty of room in the spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Everything was so clean and comfy. The hostess was welcoming in her communication with me before and during our stay. She was easy to contact and wanted everything to be perfect for us. Laundry detergent, bathroom soap and paper products were supplied as well as many misc dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils. It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops.

Amazing place

We loved this property. It is very spacious in the main dining room/kitchen and accommodating. The garage fits two SUVs very easy and they offered a bunch of useful beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards. Checking in with Kimmy was super easy and she was helpful, even when I had a simple question at 10p. She responded very quickly and was accommodating. A true 5star rating IMO. Thanks Kimmy!!

Great place in great location

This is our 2nd time staying here - still great! Very clean, well stocked, lots of beach items, and comfy beds. We walked to everything, including the beach. This is the best location in Carlsbad. We’ll be back!

Lovely property in perfect location.

This beautiful townhouse feels like your rich Italian grandmother's pied de terre. the stone and mArble and dArk wood transport you to Rome - and then you walk outside and it's bright sunny bustling Carlsbad beach town in summer. We loved the contrast and the terrific quiet inside Kimmy's home. the beds were my favorite part: big and solid and with the softest sheets and lovely linens. we had everything to cook 3 meals a day, secure enclosed parking, tons of hot water, and space for privacy that's so rare in a beach rental. The outdoor space is small, it's a townhouse, but we enjoyed meals there on the 4-top table and had a view of the moon and stars. you're so close to the park above the. beach, it's no big deal to walk up there to watch the sunset. Kimmy was great about everything and we are so grateful for her hospitality.

Siblings together after 30 years

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen/living area could not have been better. Big table for meals and playing cards, etc. Should give a warning for those who need to know, there are stairs, steps. The bedroom on first floor worked grat for my brother who cannot do steps. Beautiful lodging. Everyone loved it!

Great place for families

We recently stayed at the condo and had a great time. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The location is convenient to local shops and the beach and little items like a wagon and beach toys and chairs really make you feel at home. The manager is great as well .He really goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. He really is the best ! The only drawbacks to the home are the couches in the great room are in need of replacing as lots of good times have worn the springs down quite a bit, and I do believe the cleaning required for check out is a bit excessive. I stay in quite a bit of vacation rentals and while taking out the trash and loading any dishes is customary, stripping all of the beds , and washing towels is a bit much since you are paying a pretty hefty cleaning fee. Its especailly inconvenient when you have an early morning flight as we did and have to do all of these time consuming things the morning of your departure. Overall, though it is still a great home and I would highly recommend it for families.

Girls Reunion

We are a group of high school girl friends that get together once a year and this year we chose Carlsbad Village for our getaway. This was the perfect location and the perfect rental property. There were seven of us staying in the condo and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The common areas provided the perfect place to gather and eat, drink, talk, and play cards. While, the four bedrooms and three baths allowed us to have our own space to sleep and get ready for the day's activities. The location is perfect - an easy stroll to the beach, the village and the train station. The trains running through the village can be heard but were not a major distraction. We took the train to San Diego and would definitely recommend doing that. It was very nice to have our own two car garage for parking. I have never rented a condo that was so well stocked with paper products, hand soap, dish washer soap, laundry supplies, etc. Our only disappointment was in the worn out areas of the beautiful sectional couch and the fact that the ice maker wasn't working. Cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful destination Carlsbad Village is and what a great condo this is in which to stay. And a special thanks to Michael and John for making the rental arrangements so easy and always being available to answer questions.

Amazing house
