Pleasant Vale is a detached 1930’s bungalow with a modern extension and garden surrounded by fields, close to the sea. It’s extension has a large sitting room and a large ensuite bedroom upstairs. Marros is a small cluster of houses, with a church and riding school, 3 miles east of Amroth. The property is 5 minutes walk to the award-winning Pembrokeshire Coastal Path leading to Amroth & Tenby or Pendine. The spectacular Marros beach (accessed by foot only) is a 15-30 minute walk away, perfect for swimming, games and BBQs. Plenty of rest stops are needed on the way up from the beach for children and the elderly. Nearby are the lively small towns of Saundersfoot (8miles), Tenby (15miles) and Laugharne (10 miles, Dylan Thomas' inspirational village).
You will find Pleasant Vale towards the end of a half mile private, unadopted farm lane leading from the Marros War Memorial off the road between Pendine and Amroth.
The house is well equipped, furnished and decorated by the owners to make you feel at home and ready to relax as soon as you arrive. There's a good library of books, a piano and access to wifi. It has:
