Wonderful winter beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented On Sounding for a weekend getaway during the winter months and it was perfect for our family of four plus our dog. We loved that it was an easy walk into town yet secluded enough that we never got any traffic on our street, even over the busy holiday weekends. The proximity to Mission Trail was great for the entire family! And we could get a good exercise by walking to and then around the beach and scenic drive. We loved the home. It was charming yet simply done (not full of beach house nick nacks!) and had a great outdoor patio area we used a lot. We loved the layout and for our family it just worked!
