"En cuanto a los aspectos positivos, el hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente y muy céntrica, a poca distancia de diversos restaurantes y lugares de interés cultural. Además, hay una estación de autobús justo enfrente la cual resultó sumamente conveniente. También quisiera destacar el desayuno buffet; la variedad y calidad superaron mis expectativas, y el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. No obstante, debo mencionar un inconveniente importante respecto a las habitaciones. El aislamiento sonoro es deficiente, lo que compromete la privacidad. Podía escuchar con total claridad a las personas de la habitación contigua, hasta el punto de sentir que había alguien dentro de mi propia habitación. Asimismo, el ruido proveniente del exterior se percibe con demasiada intensidad."

"The hotel design is really lovely - room without window is not ideal - It can be noisy at night as the bar/restaurant is not really separated from the beautiful gallery where the rooms are located - However, it got quieter after 11:00pm and I slept well - worth staying, if only for the design - breakfast was delicious "

"It was in the most central location. Loved our room size plus the view was very nice. Although the room or property is not completely modern or updated, we loved its charm. Breakfast was good. The staff helped us with luggage, finding taxi or get a local guide."

"Everything was great and above expectations except for the shower area. In our room #10 you can't turn on the water without getting wet and the water is cold and you get the shower door wet inside and outside and the floor all around the toilet. Seriously?? You go to such great lengths to have the bathroom area so beautifully done and you do this? "
