"Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed."

"I reserved this hotel for UPitt Graduation. The location close to campus was convenient. The room and bathroom were clean. What I didn’t like was being woken early on Sunday morning by a marathon and loud music right outside my hotel room window. No sound proofing means I heard everything and had no chance of going back to sleep. "

"Wonderful place in a central location, right by Pitt. Host is super responsive, house is very clean. Especially love the themed rooms, we can tell the host put in lots of effort and love into the place, and treats guests really well. Would come back to stay next time we are back in Pittsburgh."

"Incredible Staff. A Special Place to say, but yet, there are tradeoffs, smaller rooms & beds, old creaky floors and thinner walls and less noise sealing on doors. Parking seemed limited without much of a back-up option. Street felt dangerous to pull out onto with sight triangle blocked. There was an elevator in the main building but I don't believe the 2nd building where we stayed had one. I don't know how much the elevator accesses. The site is hilly and uses gravel a fairbit. It seems like they host a fair number of events."

"Hotel is clean and well appointed. Staff is wonderful and parking is plentiful (if main lot is full, they grant access in the garage next door). Easy access to highway and shuttle service to Pitt Campus is a great perk."

"The hotel was ok. $35 for valet parking or take your chances with street parking. No free breakfast. The bed was comfortable."
