Beautiful condo walking distance to everything

The property was excellent! It was clean, had all of the amenities, dedicated parking parking and steps from beach access. The deck with an ocean view was our favorite place. Plenty of space for a family of six.

Steps to the beach and boardwalk! Perfect location if you’re looking for fun or just to relax. The unit is well appointed and comfortably accommodated 5 adults and a toddler. Owners are great to work with. Don’t miss Britt’s Donuts and Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar!

A break before school starts

We had a great time! Great location to beach access, Boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The listing for the condo was just as listed on VRBO. Next time, we may ask to use the elevator (instead of 3 flights of stairs) if elderly family members plan to visit.

Beautiful condo and great property owners!

This unit was absolutely beautiful, with a very calming aesthetic and not over the top with beachy decor. It was just the right size for three adults and a kid, and probably could accommodate an extra adult and extra child 🙂 I messaged the property owner a couple of times with questions, and they were very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I'd like to stay here again next time I'm in Carolina Beach!

This place is great!

We loved staying at Ben's place! The location is great and within walking distance to the boardwalk and plenty of restaurants which is great so you don't have to pay to park places. The place is very clean and well appointed. Lots of spaces which is great. Our favorite part is the deck. There's plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee as the sun comes up in the morning or to sip a glass of wine in the evening and talk with your friends or family. Highly recommend and we will be back in the future.

Close to everything

Pictures are accurate. I always wonder if the pictures are new and never updated but these were spot on. Parking is a little tight if you have a truck but there is a spare spot off to the side. We were in walking distance to a small lake park with a playground, the boardwalk, and several restaurants. The park was nice on cooler windy days where we could still get outside and let our little one play.

Family Vacation

Everything was clean and great. Walking right out to the beach and the restaurants and boardwalk. The only thing was the AC temp, our family likes to normally keep it at 72 and it was programmed to 68. Other than that, the owner answered messages pretty quickly and was very helpful. Great experience.

Location was good.

Although the location was good and accessible to most everything, the cleanliness of the condo wasn’t great. There was quite a bit of dirt on the floor upon arrival and a few items were broken in the unit. One item was the broom that was completely broken. I alerted the owner of the needs of the unit and was compensated with a gift card to a local restaurant which was nice of them. We did enjoy the stay and had plenty of room so that was a plus. I was a little disappointed that only the living area and one of the guest bedrooms were the only TV areas. For the price of the unit I do feel that there could be some improvements made or that the owners get a new cleaning team to alert them of broken items and do better at the sanitation of the condo.
