Great location, great house!

Super convenient to everything. Well equipped with all the basics and some non-basics. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great place to come back to at the end of a beach day. Only thing I would suggest is for the property to be treated for mosquitoes in the summer; they were particularly bad and made going outside even with bug spray not fun. Will save this place for the future.

Our vacation at this residence was satisfactory. The property was clean and well-maintained. However, we encountered an issue with the door frames in the bathrooms with showers or tubs, as they were not 32 inches as previously confirmed. This posed a significant inconvenience for us. Despite this, the overall property was pleasant, and the host responded promptly to our inquiries. Additionally, the proximity to the beach was a great advantage.

Perfect Beach Getaway at Sea Vista!

Our recent stay at Sea Vista was nothing short of spectacular! This beautiful, nearly brand-new home offered everything we could ask for in a beach rental. From the moment we stepped in, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and features. The house boasts plenty of space, making it perfect for families or groups wanting to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials and the beds were all very comfortable.We also really enjoyed the lovely decks off the 2nd and 3rd floors. These provided a nice spot to relax and catch some sea breeze. One of the standout features was the handy elevator, making it easy for everyone to access all levels of the home, and the garage parking with an outlet for an electric vehicle was very convenient. They even provided beach chairs, which was a great touch! Carolina Beach is a peaceful, family-friendly area with a quaint, small-town feel and the home is just a short walk from the beach and very close to the best local restaurants and conveniences. The area was quiet, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy our surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and create memorable vacation moments. Highly recommend Sea Vista for anyone looking for a comfortable, serene, and fully-equipped beach home. We’ll definitely be back!
