「The gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful! He answered all of our questions from members points to pet accommodation. And Rena is the picture of hospitality. So inviting and cheerful! The housekeeping staff were also welcoming and kind. Location was convenient, just across from the mall and plenty of restaurants. Well lit parking and was safe.」

「This is equivalent to an extended stay filled with homeless families. When i walked in an argument was occurring with the employee and an intoxicated resident should of left then. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the tv next door on all sides, people running up and down the stairs slamming doors. I left after two hours of being there and had to go somewhere else because it was impossible to sleep. Not a peaceful, quite place, disturbing activity and unsafe.」
