"Clean, comfortable and good quality "

"Room was very clean. Check in went very smoothly. Wi-Fi worked Chris Moore ( manager) was very helpful. I needed more Kleenex and didn’t have a toaster- he delivered them in 10 minutes. I had a cracked pot that I gave to him so I wouldn’t get charged for a broken item. He was willing to replace it immediately. Only suggestion I have would be bathrooms should have a toilet brush. Price was very good. Would book again!!!!"

"I could not have asked for a better experience. The suite was extremely clean and had snacks and drinks available for use. For me, the location was perfect as it was less than 2 miles from my work, and I had a work week with early mornings and late nights, so this was perfect. This would also be a great location for someone going uptown, but who did not want to stay inside the 485 loop. I cannot recommend it more highly!"

"I travel frequently, both personally and as a travel agent, and this has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, the address provided led me to the office—across the street from the actual apartment—so I wasted a long time at the wrong location before having to call for help. Once I got to the correct building, the Landing app wouldn’t show my reservation or let me unlock the door. After another call, I was told to download the Latch app, which did work for the remainder of my stay.After finally settling in, I discovered there was no hot water, so I couldn’t shower after a long day of traveling. I tried to relax and watch TV, but the TV didn’t work either. I decided to just go to bed and address the issues in the morning. The next day, I contacted Landing again, and they promised to submit a maintenance request. However, nothing was fixed when I returned later—still no TV or hot water. When I called again at 5pm, I was told maintenance had 24 hours to respond, and there was nothing else they could do. I asked to be moved to a different apartment, but the representative said she couldn’t do anything until management responded. That night, I had to boil pots of water just to be able to bathe. I spent three days without hot water or a working TV during my eight-night stay.We also tried to use the gym, but nearly everything was broken—only one treadmill worked. We couldn’t access the pool or the grills because they were chained up. The hallways were filthy. On my l"

"House was very clean and great location . The only thing I would suggest is some toiletries such as shampoo and soap so travelers don’t have to think about packing those things for short trips. Overall a great stay though- thank you! :)"

"Nice location, only 20 mins or so from everywhere we planned to go. Home was clean for the most part only issue I had was hair and lint all over my sheets and the couch pillows. I had to use lint roller to remove it all. Maybe came from dryer not sure because everything seemed clean. Other than that home was a great stay."
