「My family and I just had the most amazing time at this beautiful cottage on the water. Communication with the host was great. This very cute, well decorated house was exactly as pictured on the rental site and had everything you could possibly need, and more. It was situated on a quiet, dead end street with a short walk to the water. During our stay, we were blessed with lots of sunshine and cool breezes and caught fish every day. If you need some early morning quiet time relaxing under a shade...

「Lovely, historic home in perfect location. We hope to return soon!」

「Great location in St Michaels at a fun historical house.」

「This was a great stay for my wife and I on our mini moon. Everything was perfect. The property was well equipped with everything we needed, a great location that was private but not too far from town. We will be back!」

「Excellent location and convenient to everything. Great screened in porch and extra large bedroom upstairs was terrific.」

「Just an over-all fantastic visit/stay!」

「We so appreciate having Grandma's Cottage as our place to retreat to during the DE State Fair week. It's become home away from home for us. Thank you, Helen and Walter!」

「This was a most amazing week at one of the most peaceful areas we have ever visited. Rob and Clarissa were amazing hosts and we totally enjoyed visiting with them every day as we relaxed and enjoyed the pool, playhouse, docks and porch with our daughter and grandchildren. Rob has great stories to tell and was always available to answer questions, tell us about the area or just chat about life in general. The house was perfect for what we needed and the owners were very thoughtful about making...

「The house itself was very clean. I feel that the outside of the property could have been kept nicer. The location was great. The host was very nice.」

「The place is exactly as you see gorgeous views, if you’re looking for a place to rest this is the place. It’s not a fancy place but it’s cozy and you will find all that you need and it’s very clean .」

「Very good location for crabbing, if you like it. the host also provide kayak. the room is clean. We will come again.」

「It's a beautiful property and I'm so happy that I booked and stayed at this property -- it was just as attractive as the photos depicted. However, I'm glad that the hosts warned about the accessibility issue which was an issue. The stairs are extremely tight and even with very sturdy hand grips and treads -- very precarious. I'm in my late fifties and blind in one eye plus some balance issues and I had a hard time with the stairs. Entry to the house is on the middle floor and the full bath...

「The absolute nicest hosts we have ever rented from! Great house and great location :)」

「Wow. A great property with the most beautiful view. 270 degrees of Dogwood Harbor. Great privacy and solitude. Wonderful space with powerful AC even in 90+ degrees and humidity. Maria was a very responsive host answering questions within minutes of me contacting her. Her recommendations were spot on. We spent time on the river, at great museums, and a delicious food. I would highly recommend this place for a couple that wants a wonderful weekend away from the rat race.」

「My family and I had the most wonderful holiday weekend in Neavitt! We were in visiting family who have a home in Neavitt. We wanted to be close enough to walk to the weekend festivities! Our VRBO rental was perfect! The cottage was charming, impeccably, clean, well appointed and just an absolute delight! A perfect location, as well! Nick was great to work with. He sent me everything I needed before I ever had to ask! The combination of the beautiful accommodations and Nick being so easy to...

「Wonderful cottage for a getaway. Quiet and charming. Close to Easton and Kent Island where there are plenty of attractions to enjoy. Would stay there again!」

「Beautiful, private setting, but not far from the town of St. Michaels. House was very clean and beds were comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals. We really enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch and on the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. There was so much wildlife to view: bald eagles, herons, tree frogs, crabs…We had a great time! Thank you!」
