“Even though it is the only option in Greensboro, the host went out of here way to help us feel welcomed.”

“Beautiful place. We stayed during Ironman 2026 and were there long enough to sleep. Wish we could have enjoyed just hanging out in this peaceful country home for a full day.”

“The property was clean, homey, cold and comfortable in this hot weather. The creek is beautiful! The Host was incredibly accommodating, even when my own guest left things messier than was requested. Tina was responsive and communicative, flexible and welcoming.”

“This historic home was very nice. The decorations took you back in time with the comforts of today. My granddaughters however thought it was creepy. In hindsight.. cu can see why they thought that. We love it..”

“Such a cute house in a cute little town surrounded by corn fields! We ate fresh foods the whole time we were there! The neighbor even brought us fresh veggies right from his garden! The house was well stocked with all the necessities (toilet paper, towels, blankets, etc). We wanted for nothing!!I will caution you if you have issues with mobility as it is an older house with some quirks. My elderly in-laws stayed with us and I was worried that they would fall down the step into the bathroom in……

“Allison and Chris we’re amazing hosts. Friendly and attentive. Provided us a lot of good suggestions for activities in history of the area. The dock and the river, where our absolute favorite spots. The sunsets were incredible.”

“Beautiful, huge property with very clean and well-equipped home. We brought our kayaks and paddled in the river two days. The campground on the property is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to camp by the river and just use the house for showering and air conditioning. It’s also just a short drive to Denton for a nice restaurant. Highly recommend this lovely farmhouse.”

“The farmhouse was perfect for my two boys and me. The property was clean and well maintained. The hosts were great and even provided some freshly baked donuts that were delicious! Would 10/10 stay here again.”

“Great Lake house. Fully stocked. Clean. Great for a family. Would stay again.”

“This place is absolutely beautiful. So relaxing and management well let’s just say that they are the best people to be around. Looking forward to returning one day. Hated to leave”

“From the greeting from the owner two days before we arrived and easy access to her...smooth. We kayaking seven ladies did not want to sleep in a bed with another lady. Prefect house for that. Having three and a half baths was perfect for our group.. We never had to wait for a showier from our day paddles! Relaxing on the patio by Chop tank, River talk and laugh..so heavenly. The house was Hugh . we loved eating in the formal dining room. Never once went out to eat! Kitchen was big enough for us……

“When booking using the word "Inn" at St. Michaels, I assumed the property would have more of a warm bed and breakfast feel. It was actually a motor lodge/motel feel. The staff was amazing.”

“Really good”

“Staff was unconcerned about accommodating requests.”

“Not a fan of the check in”
