「I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. Ein großer Lob an dem Nacht Concierge, der immer hilfsbereit und fürsorglich ist. Un hotel molto elegante in una posizione tranquilla e stupenda. Il bagno in camera un po' piccolo ma pulito. 「Amazing! Stayed here at least 5 times in the past 10 years and this hotel never disappoints. My only complaint is at €400 a night for our double seaview room, the €20 daily lounge bed fee should be included in the price of the room. 」
