「The bathroom had mold. The ceiling tiles are broken. The room really needs a refurb. The main door is broken and sometimes doesn't open or opens very slowly. I've stayed at much better maintained premier inns in the past so this was a huge disappointment.」

「Booked because of the spa, such a disappointment. Tiles missing out of the steam room, only noticed as it wasn’t working, not one shower in the spa area working, had to go into changing rooms to shower down after sauna etc. water fountain not working. Changing rooms not much better, locker had key code locking, difficult to find one that actually worked, hair drier not working either. Such a shame it’s being run down as could be stunning.」

「The good points are that the room was clean and hotel central. The bad points are that the hotel is very run down and nothing like the website photos. The furniture is old and cheap. The mattresses so soft they offer no support. The facilities are minimal. Staff sullen and grudging. Avoid as much better hotels & inns available. 」

「A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. The bar and restaurant were really well set out and the decor created a nice homely feel, very relaxing. The food was perfect, good portion sized, nicely presented and really good quality.
