「We had a nice large room with a bathtub which was quite nice. Geo large beds as well. However the cold water faucet did not work in our bathroom. The bathroom door also did not close and latch. The door was pretty beaten up at the bottom as well. Just needs some maintenance. I wanted to use the pool but the blaring music in the gym was a turn off for me doing that. The breakfast was ok. They said here were hot food options to get made to order but no one who waited on us even offered or told...

「We were visiting for a couple days. We arrived by bus and the Mill St stop is only ~2-3 blocks to the hotel. The train station is farther but also walkable. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which was very nice. I'm not sure what is the difference from other rooms. The restaurants were good and the pub is also good. I enjoyed the live music in the pub on Thursday night. There are many restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance.」

「Nice family run hotel in great downtown location in Westport, walking distance from shops, pubs and restaurants. Great breakfast and nice bar too. Service in the. At wasn’t great though and the place needs better attention to detail in maintenance and tool management. Our bathroom sink was blocked and the table and chairs in the bedroom was blocking the clothes cupboard. Other little things didn’t show a great commitment to quality that would make me reconsider staying again.」
