“This is a very nice old historic inn. It has a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, and a bar inside, as well as a shady garden with places to sit outside as you enjoy a drink or food. Nice big porch out front with chairs on it too. Our room had another sitting room in it that was nice to have. Not sure if they all do. It includes a free, great breakfast at a sister property a few doors down where the food is made fresh for your order. The property is well kept, clean, and the staff……

“I reserved two rooms. 1 king Efficiency and double queen room. The double queen room had visibly dirty bed spreads and a microwave that locked on us after heating up our food. The hotel staff came and took off the spreads, said they would send someone to make the beds and they never came back. “This was such a nice place with a tranquil waterview to enjoy from back deck. The room was spacious and well appointed. I appreciated the quiet, cozy atmosphere and loved the close walk to Decoys Seafood restaurant which was great. The bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable and of high quality. The bathroom was spacious. I would highly recommend and return. I was hesitant to reserve as it wasn’t a known hotel chain but I’m so glad that I did. It was like an Airbnb without all the extra……

“This hotel was TERRIBLE. When we travel, we ALWAYS stay at a Marriott Holiday weekend sold out hotel - NO Towels, had to ASK for towels 3 times, was told they had no clean towels or wash cloths and was waiting for them to finish washing. They brought up BLUE POOL TOWELS/ POOL was closed, Bugs in my room. My Kids had to KILL a COCKROACH!!! Not to mention I lookup at the ceiling and it was a BIG bug in the ceiling LIGHT fixture!!
