"If your looking to be near the beach this is a great spot. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Parking spot (+guest spot!!) was great to have even if the garage is a maze."

There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure."

"Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids."

"Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. "Grandkids really enjoyed organizing a pool tournament for us. Nice location for a walk to the beach and to pick up dinner. Really appreciated the list of 'owner favorites' in the notebook. It was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra."
