Very nice apartment, with a great sea view and the beautiful Cartagena walled city. The view from the large balcony is amazing. I spent great hours in the balcony, relaxing time. Two nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds, pillows, the air conditioner is a plus, nice shower with hot water. Nice kitchen with a modern fridge. The host is a great person with very good communication, help me in everything I asked for. I recommend this place 100% percent. Love my stayed in this place.

The view was spectacular and the location is perfect. Amazing hosts from the beginning to end. Felt safe knowing there Is security in the lobby. Everyone was friendly very clean building overall.

Lovely view, near beach

This property was in an excellent location for the Bocagrande neighborhood, near restaurants and stores. A short ride to Old Town - or walk- allowed us to see the historical center of Cartagena. Only complaint was that the hot water never made it up the tower to the shower so we made-do with luke warm water.

1st visit to Cartagena

Mayi and her husband Eddie made our trip very memorable. The apartment is centrally located to many restaurants and right across the street to a beach. The location is safe and very clean. An added bonus, if you are interested in excursions, recommendations of food, sightseeing or what to expect in Cartagena Mayi will help you navigate all of your needs.

2 weeks in Cartagena. Had a great time. Our facilities were very good. The only negative was no hot water during our stay. That seems to have been an issue before as it was all in the other reviews. Reached our house a few times always cooperative and helpful unfortunately unable to resolve that solution. It was a perfect setup for two couples. Location location was excellent.

Excellent apartment at the heart of Bocagrande

Apartment overlooking the see. Fenomenal view. Excellent spacious 2BR 2Bath. Every room has it's own AC. Marble floors. Fully equipped kitchen. The host Edwin speaks English and provides great customer service. Swimming pool area in the building is decent size with swimming pools on bothe sides of the building so you can enjoy sun at any time of the day at at least one of the swimming pools. Close to good restaurants and next door to Juan Veldez coffee shop with the best coffee in Colombia. Definitely will visit this place again on my next trip to Cartagena.

Great family apartment

The location and number of beds made this a perfect family apartment in Cartagena. We stayed with our three kids ages 7, 7, and 10. The three slept in one bedroom, each with their own bed, side by side and that went well. Us parents slept in the other bedroom. The balcony is amazing with a spectacular view. We all had a great time at the building's swimming pools and swam in the pool and/or ocean each day. The kitchen is big enough to cook in and the grocery store is within walking distance. Carulla (castillo grande - not the boca grande one) was the best walkable market. Mayi is very responsive and even helped book a trip for us. We would book this apartment again.

Beautiful view

I highly recommend staying in this apartment. We felt safe at all times. The apartment has beautiful sunset views from the balcony, no need to spend money to view it. Mayi and her husband are responsive and easy to communicate. I don’t recommend the beach! It’s very noisy and the vendors don’t let you relax. The pool from the apartment is better. The only problem we encounter was getting the hot water to work properly. It never got hot! Other than that I will definitely stay in this apartment again.

Nice stay, beautiful view

We had a nice stay here. We had 5 people, it can sleep 6, but would not recommend more than 6 people. But there are beds for 6! Mayi made check in very easy and was very communicative. The building is very secure, there is a gym, poolbar, door man and nice view. Grocery stores and restaurants near by. We did not go to the beach nearby as it was under construction. In general the beach experience for Boca Grande was not what we were looking for- that had nothing to do with the apartment. The AC worked great. The view was great. The towels were a bit old but they were plenty. We did not find the beds comfortable for us. Washer/dryer in unit is nice and fully stocked kitchen. There is hot water in the showers, it just took some time to heat up (we did not want to waste water at first, but you just have to let it run). Great find for Cartagena/Boca Grande neighborhood.

The balcony was amazing. I spent much of my time there enjoying the view and the weather. This apartment was clean and well- furnished. The beds were comfortable. Mayi I was very responsive. We would definitely stay here if we ever come this way again. Oh, and the blackout curtains were a plus!

Very nice location, neat the beach restaurants and easy to get to the centre. Good internet and had everything we needed. Would have like better communication about how things like the stove, hot water etc worked. Dianna was very nice and helpful but we had a language barrier as our Spanish was limited. It took us a few days to figure out the hot water etc. . Also would have been nice to have some suggestions in the unit about places to go in Cartegena as it was our first time in Columbia.But overall we enjoyed Cartegena very much and felt very much at home in the apartment.

Spectacular view

The ocean view is hypnotizing from every room in the apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals, rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, ac is cold. The owners are responsive and helpful. The location is really great with the Bocagrande beach, which we enjoyed on most days, right at your feet. If you want to explore the walled city/Getsemaní, you're only a short drive away. My only advice, which has nothing to do with the apartment, is to stay clear of street/beach vendors selling tours. Buy your tours directly at a tour agency.
