「When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...

「My husband and I had a great weekend stay! The location was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop for breakfast and then took our bikes down the beautiful Shining Sea Trail to Woods Hole for the day. "Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience! On a brighter note, the front desk staff were incredible. Their service was top-notch and made our stay truly special. My children and I had an unforgettable time here. Highly recommended for the service alone!"
