“The management agent/host was very responsive. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. The house was old. We knew that going in. We expected that it would at least be reasonable maintained. It wasn’t. Not even close. There were so many things wrong with this home. The oven stopped working. Stove only partial worked. Many of the kitchen floor tiles were cracked. Dishwasher not secured. Casement windows couldn’t be opened as mechanism was stripped. Main kitchen was poorly lacking……

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the beautiful property. There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to gather and sleep. The property sits on a quiet pond, that was perfect for swimming and canoeing. We had our own little piece of paradise. There are canoes for use, several decks for lounging and was within a short distance to various shops and a grocery store just a few minutes away. The host was in constant contact with us, making sure……

“Our family enjoyed staying at this home. The house was neat, tidy and clean! The home owner was responsive with quick communications and the home had many essentials needed for our stay. We also enjoyed the outside deck, grill and fire pit. The additional beach items (beach chairs and beach towels) were also available for our use. “Our host, Elizabeth, was very responsive the entire stay, very available through texts with any questions. The home was even better than described. It was so welcoming when we arrived on a cold, windy winter night. It immediately felt warm and cozy. Everything we would need was provided. For us, the location was perfect as it was very close to the family we were visiting, but it is also a great location for Falmouth ih general. I would think the pool in the back yard would be great in the……
