SEPARATE ENTRANCE

Apartment Konstantin is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
You can admire the view of the Atlantic while relaxing in peace and quiet.

The living/dining room is furnished in a cozy country house style. You also have a fantastic view of the Atlantic from here.
Apartment Konstantin is equipped with air conditioning and a Swedish stove for the winter and has free WLAN.

You will find a pretty, well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.

From the bedroom you enter the bathroom with bathtub shower, decoratively tiled in white and blue.

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

The apartment is located on the edge of the center of Carvoeiro in a quiet residential area, but after 300 m you are already in the middle of the town. Restaurants, bars, stores and various small supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away. Carvoeiro beach is around 700 m away.

A Good location

The location of this property 😔 s excellent, close to restaurants and The boardwalk. Kitchen is very small. Bed linens need some updating. The apartment has a lovely balcony with a good 😊 ocean view.

Schöner Meerblick

Abgesehen von den nervigen Mücken hatten wir eine super Zeit. Die Küche könnte etwas größer sein. Der Balkon ist riesig und die Aussicht super schön. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Der Vermieter, Herr Wiedemann, ist super freundlich. Eine Reise lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Great stay

The property is very clean and in a perfect location. Very quiet, yet right close to a little grocery store, restaurants and shops. The balcony with sea view is large and has great seating and 2 sun chairs. We would definitely come agsin!

Ce logement est en bordure du village de Carvoeiro ce qui permet de visiter les commerces et retaurants à pied. Il a une spendide vue sur la mer! La terrasse ouverte sur le salon crée un ensemble qui donne toute sa beauté à ce logement.

We were there a week and barely made a dent in all the great restaurants that started a block from the unit. Parking right outside the door. Easy walk to hike the cliffs or go to the beach. Lovely view. Would stay there again.

Schöne Unterkunft für vielfältige Unternehmungen

Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist vollständig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der Blick vom Balkon Richtung Meer. Durch Öffnung der großen Glasfront wirkt der Wohn- und Essbereich großzügig. Herr Wittmann von der Agentur war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns auch nachts nach verspätetem Flug freundlich zum Appartement geleitet. Wir hatten zwar einen Leihwagen, haben aber auch ohne diesen schöne Wanderungen an der Küste unternommen und konnten fussläufig lecker essen gehen. Viele Grüße an die Algarve!

Great location

I enjoyed a short stay in Carvoeiro & Harald was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the area. The apartment kitchen was a little small but the outside terrace is a great size & has wonderful views. Local restaurants & Mini Market closeby are very good. Lovely walk along Algar Seco with stunning coastline.

Beautiful sea views, well equipped apartment in good location, excellent host.

Wonderful situation, excellent sea view from the terrace and located near to a selection of local restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped. Harald was most helpful, available and contributed to make our stay relaxing with no stress!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was very spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. In a quiet part of town as well only a few minutes walk into town via the boardwalk. Would stay again!

Great Apartment with Sea View

We stayed here for nearly three months from January to April and really enjoyed it. Most morning we could have (a late) breakfast on the balcony. It is very convenient for restaurants. We recommend the Vimar and the Indiano. It is a short drive or shortish walk along the road or along the cliffs to Carvoeiro beach or east to Centienes beach, our favourite. The washing machine in the apartment was useful, drying is quick on the line on the balcony. You can also get a temporary gym and heated pool membership at the nearby Tivoli Hotel which we enjoyed.

Tolle Wohnung mit wundervollem Meerblick

Der Urlaub hier war einfach wunderbar! Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt (außer, dass man zu Hause nicht mit Meerblick frühstücken kann:). Auch die Betreuung durch die Vermietungsagentur war super, Herr Wittmann war bei Problemchen oder Wünschen immer direkt zur Stelle und hat uns gleich freundlich und kompetent weitergeholfen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

Da stimmt alles!

In dem Apartment haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Es ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die großzügige Kücheneinrichtung machte es leicht, selbst zu kochen. Andererseits erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten einige sehr schöne Restaurans, von traditioneller portugiesischer Küche über sehr schicke italienische bis hin zu asiatischen. Auf dem sehr schönen Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick hat man die absolute Ruhe, um zu relaxen, zu lesen oder einfach nur den Ausblick zu genießen. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und die Betreuung Vorort war vorbildlich. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Nice spacious apartment - very good location

The apartment is very well located, at the entrance of the village. It's located in a rather quiet neighbourhood at only 500 m of the 'Praia de Carvoeiro' - centre and the beach. Our host Harald was very attentive and helpful. All needed comfort is available in the small kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is very spacious for 2 adults, with an enjoyable balcony. Some things can get improved: The pretty hard bed, and we should feel more confortable to have more non-german spoken channels on tv. Anyhow an ideal place to start from, making trips in Algarve.
