Great villa in peaceful location

Smashing villa with 10m pool. Well equip kitchen. Location very good for 15min walks to eating places and a popular family beach.

Really lovely villa in a great location

We have just returned from a great stay at this lovely villa. It is really spacious, well furnished and very clean. The pool is great with lots of sunbeds and plenty of inflatables already there. We loved the choice of terraces. The villa is in a quiet area, so it was peaceful but the beach, small supermarkets and several restaurants are all within walking distance.

The house is fantastic!

We had our holiday from 6 until 20 August 2016 and stayed in Casa Esperanza. The house is really fantastic. Everything you need is there. Fully equiped kitchen. Bbq at the pool. Washing maschine. Nice pool. Clean ! We really enjoyed our stay!😍

Lovely villa with pool in a good location

Very peaceful location, the pool area is lovely. There a few restaurants within walking distance as is a small local beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

Horrible Experience - Do not rent from this owner! / Schreckliche Erfahrung - mieten nicht von dies

I'll save you the horrific details of our experience. Long story short, owner has withheld refunding us our security deposit as a way to charge for air conditioning while the rental details clearly list air conditioning as an included service. She does not respond to emails and we have logged a complaint with VRBO who tell me she has several complaints against her. The lack of communication and poor customer service provided for by this owner is the worst we have ever experienced. Ich werde Ihnen die schrecklichen Details unserer Erfahrung speichern. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn , hat Inhaber vorenthalten uns unsere Kaution als eine Möglichkeit für die Klimaanlage zu berechnen zurückzuerstatten , während die Miete Details deutlich Klimaanlage als inklusive Service Liste . Sie reagiert nicht auf E-Mails , und wir haben eine Beschwerde bei VRBO angemeldet , die mir sagen, dass sie mehrere Beschwerden gegen sie hat. Der Mangel an Kommunikation und schlecht für die von diesem Eigentümer zur Verfügung gestellt Kundenservice ist das Schlimmste, was wir je erlebt haben.

Perfektes Ferienhaus und optimale Lage

Der Urlaub in der Casa Esperanca wird uns noch lange in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben. Es hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen und wir konnten die 2 Wochen sehr geniessen. Die Lage, das Haus und der Pool war für uns perfekt und ich bin fast sicher dass wir zurückkehren werden.
