"There was no hot water for the last of our week stay. They did let us go over to other property to bath but would not move us to other property. Breakfast is granola bars and prepackaged muffins. You have to check out a bin of dishes and if you want it delivered to your room it is $25.The beds are very firm, so bring a cushion. we bought a 3 inch cushion and it helped. It is clean but the hallways smell like pot. Ask of a room in the front. oit back people play loud music and the manager won't do anything about it until 10pm. "

"We had a room 301. We never heard noise from any other rooms, but this room faces a busy road. Lots of traffic noise late into the evening. I would note that water pressure was fairly low in the shower. "

"Property is charming, with Southwestern decor, lovely porch for viewing the mountains, and helpful host. I strongly recommend this site for a bit of rural living with big city amenities just minutes away. My week-long stay was comfortable with all basic needs provided. A big YES to this property!"
