“The room was good size for family of four kids said sofa bed was comfy. The bathroom spacious although shower door did leak if shower head not positioned in certain position. Breakfast plentiful with juicer for freshly squeezed orange, soy milk for my coffee and traditional cake for Easter- we were really happy with it. “This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. “Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.

“The room was fine and the staff was friendly. It was convenient for our travel needs of visiting places near Naples (e.g., the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii). The rooms are trying a bit too hard to be hip and trendy.The area of Naples the hotel is in was surprisingly dirty, even given the reputation of the city for its trash issue.
