"This was a great place for a few days stopover. Side street location, minutes away from the University area, bars, shops etc. Easy access to the centre of Bologna, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Easy communication via text and would certainly consider a further stay, next time i am in Bologna"

"When I arrived, there was no one to welcome me. I looked up the number on the booking portal and reached a young man who told me he had tried to contact me unsuccessfully, since on hotels.com he could not see my phone number. … He explained that there was damage in the bathroom and sent me a picture showing it indeed broken. "The apartment was very clean and decently appointed. There is a bar below that closes at 10pm so while it was boisterous it was not very disruptive. Luca kindly provided ear plugs which we ended up never needing. Luca was communicative and helpful throughout. We loved crashing here at the end of our busy days. It was very comfortable."

"Fin modtagelse. Fin lejlighed. Lidt hård seng uden topmadras, til gengæld et plus at der var dyne og ikke tæppe/ lagen, samt Nespressomaskine og kapsler, microovn og stort badeværelse. Området er lidt skummelt med mange unge mænd der hænger og ryger hash på gaden, men det stopper efter to gader. Ellers fin beliggenhed tæt på banegården og centrum. Kan anbefale at se byen fra rådhustårnet og gåtur til San Luca gennem 3 km lang arkade."
