Veracruz Cascada el Encanto Hotels

"The location is good, we stayed to assist a event on the World Trade Center Veracruz and it was really close by, with malls near by as well. However the hotel is not clear when we booked it stated breakfast was included However at the place they told us that the included breakfast was only tea and bread. We opted to have breakfast outside most of the days since we would have to pay it anyway. The rooms were clean but you can hear the outside noise. The staff is nice the valet parking and the parking on site is really safe. "

"I love to stop by this place close to malecón and other Menities, this place needs constant maintenance before keeps going down hill and is not worth staying here. I’m getting married in September and I have added this hotel as option to stay and visit. I hope bathrooms can get cleaner and again constant maintenance "

"AC worked as it should, everything was clean and staff very helpful and respectful. We got two delicious complementary breakfast. I would definitely recommended and come back here in my future endeavors. "

"Beach view was foggy and not clear because the windows were old and dirty Room smelled like pee We had one dull day without electricity and no hot water Needs renovation Pillows were horrible The chair in room was torn old and dirty The floor was dirty moldy and nasty , didn’t even feel safe to shower without flip flops Beds small even tho they advertise queen beds Very uncomfortable Rusty laugage stand / holder Needs renovation ASAP"
