「Very clean, easy access to Mayo」

「It was right across the street from where I needed to be at the Mayo. I liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are great but we stayed less than 12 hours. 」

「古く清き米国を象徴するような建物と雰囲気のホテルです。　現在正面玄関とロビーを改装中のため　チェックインはMフロアで行うため少し不便ですが。。部屋も掃除が行き届いていて　電子レンジやミニ冷蔵庫　コーヒーメーカーも完備されていました。　ロビーにはメキシコ料理のお店がありブリトー🌯をテイクアウトして部屋で食べてもいいと思います。　University Squareまで数分歩けば　Chester'sという人気のレストランがあるし、2Fにはイタリアンジェラートのお店もあってどちらもおすすめ。。 歩いて行ける範囲に素敵なお店がたくさんあります、日がくれる前にホテルの近くを歩いてみるのもいいかもしれません。　」

Free breakfast was good (hot and cold options) nice eating area, all staff were nice. This hotel was the most affordable option in the Rochester area and it’s a great place. I’d definitely stay here again」

「Good location. I took an art workshop in town so this was a convenient location for my class. Room was small but well appointed. Some classmates also stayed at this hotel and they were on a noisy lower floor. Walls are thin so depending on the location of your room, it might be noisy. 」

「I was in Rochester for surgery, and found the accommodations pleasant and quiet. The bathroom ceiling above the shower/tub needs attention; overall, I would stay here again.」

「This is our standby hotel for our trips 2-3 times each year to Mayo Clinic. They operate the main hotel and at least one former apartment building. We have stayed in both and the staff have always been great, making this a great value. I usually prefer more modern-looking hotels with more spacious rooms, but the location, service, price and great attached restaurant (Twigs) make it a great value. I have never taken the shuttle to Mayo since the several block distance makes it is a nice walk...
