“Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. Otherwise, front desk staff was friendly and tried……

“Lack of staff support Loud at night , insulation failure Outage during our staying , no announcement , no hotel extra moderator Hotel didn’t follow up the refund as they promised . We one day early check out since hotel power system didn’t back up ,no AC , no service , but I only receive one room credit , I booked 3 rooms . I had to call Expedia for twice . Still didn’t resolve the problems . Disappointed”

“Nice, clean modern hotel. A step up from others in its price range (which was VERY reasonable for a Saturday night booking!) The whole hotel - rooms, common areas, etc, are clean with an upscale vibe. Staff is friendly & accommodating and plenty of parking on site. Two negatives to mention: 1. The room was on the warm side and adjusting the thermostat down (as instructed by staff) the room temp never got down below 74 or 75 degrees. Even though it was during a heat wave but that is not……

“I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait……

“Horrible nunca mas me hospedare hay mi primera ves y fue una muy mala experiencia y no tanto eso 2 horas dure en el hotel por que se fue la luz fue horrible un calor fuerte tuvimos que irnos haci como casi los demas qué se hospedaron hay por qie yo estaba con mis hijos luego solo me reembolsaron 1 habitación y yo pague por dos llame hable con ellos y lo que me dijeron que debo de esperar 2 semanas para el reembolso de el otro cuarto no se lo deceo a nadie”
