Giovanna was a fantastic help, especially as I had a late check in at 11:30pm on arrival. I will definitely visit again when I am in Tuscany. Mille Grazie, Giovanna!

Very nice place to stay! It’s an older hotel, but has modern amenities, is clean and very roomy has and lots of character. Can’t say enough about the staff, they were extremely friendly & helpful with everything. Room was quite big. (Bathroom might seem small for American travelers.) The corridors and common sitting areas of the hotel are quite big and nice to use, as are the pool and garden area. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Parking is available, free, and convenient. You can walk to shops, restaurant, and laundry within a couple blocks. One problem we did have was some bugs had flown into the room before we arrived, there are no window screens. Something to look out for if you decide to stay there.

We had a great stay in Casciana Terme! The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. The staff could not be more helpful, and the morning espressos absolute perfection. The hotel is right by the town square, where there are bars and cafes. The thermal spa is very enjoyable, all in all a quiet and delightful weekend away.

Ottimo ALBERGO .

A very warm welcome by the reception in this typical Hugh traditional Italian town house. Nice rooms with mediateranean style window blinds. Very nice! I got top recommendations for my day tours and insidertips that only someone from the region knows. I believe it’s a family owned hotel and thanks to the love that they put into it, I had a really good stay! I’d come again!

What a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Tuscany. The hotel is incredibly quiet, elegant and full of authentic charm. From the moment you walk through the beautiful entrance hall, you feel relaxed and welcome. The service was impeccable throughout my stay, warm, professional and genuinely caring. Breakfast every morning was excellent, with fresh meats, cheeses, fruit, juices and amazing freshly made coffee that made starting the day a pleasure. The hotel itself is surprisingly large, with spacious and very comfortable rooms. While the building keeps its historic character, it never feels old-fashioned. The Piranesi-style artwork and classic interiors give it personality and atmosphere, while still feeling airy, clean and modern. The garden and pool area are absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Tuscany or visiting the thermal baths. The location is also ideal. The terme are only a few minutes away on foot, and the main piazza with cafés and restaurants is equally close. For anyone wanting to enjoy Tuscany in a calm, authentic and strategic location, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is classic Italian with modern upgrades. Very friendly and accommodating staff in a garden setting with a pool. Walking distance to the hot springs. Very warm weather during the visit and the in room air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Cooler nights allowed the windows to be open with the relaxing sounds of nature.

Good hotel very opposite Thermal Spa

Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely well maintained garden at the back with pool. Breakfast ok, continental style with homemade cakes, but could be described as a bit samey. 6 bottles of water left in the fridge, but beware you are charged for this even though there is nothing to say so.

Hotel confortevole e molto ospitale

Fantastiskt trevligt hotell i charmiga Toscana.

Wonderful stay

I have never experienced such wonderful service as provided by the wonderful lady at this hotel. Giovanna, not only remembered our names from day 1,perhaps we were memorable!,she seemed to be on duty ,morning, noon and night, with a happy smiley face, helping each and every resident with any problem they may have. She even teamed us up with other guests to share a taxi to see Andrea Bocelli. She truly embodied the spirit of hospitality. Even waiting up up with her husband after 3am to welcome back guests from the concert. The following day she provided four of us with a fabulous lunch, within a very short time, even though the restaurant was now closed. She set it up on the wonderful terrace overlooking the beautifully clean swimming pool. Fabulous stay, cannot praise this hotel highly enough.

Mysig by och prisvärt boende!

<Tranquillo albergo in centro termale
