“The apartment was very comfortable, with an amazing view and a great location. We were able to walk or catch an Uber to testaurants or activities. Our host Dan was wonderful and answered our questions promptly. Great property, I would highly recommend it.”

“Such pretty views and wonderful hosts”

“Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you……

“This apartment was perfect. Great location, spotlessly clean, very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Thank you Ani for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. ”

“We had a great stay at this apartment!”

“The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. Getting to the beach by vehicle and using gps took longer than getting back and that was surprising. Overall, loved the area. If you’re familiar with living in apartments, then you will understand you can hear all the footsteps of the person above you. We traveled with our……

“Apartment was as described. Clean, walking distort downtown and parks. Enjoyed stay. Easy communication with host. ”

“Lovely property - exceptionally clean and really well equipped with little touches that made it even better. Great location - up a bit of a hill but near Washington Ave and nice little coffee shops and restaurants. Great communication from the host and a very comfortable stay.”

“We had a great time, the space was perfect for our family and the neighborhood has lots of things close by!”

“We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette. From the booking process to check-out this property was everything! The property was clean, spacious and well maintained. For hosting 12 girls, we were all very comfortable and had plenty of space throughout the house to spread out. The hot tub was a major hit for the weekend! The host was easy to contact, quick to respond and accommodating. Not to mention the property is very conveniently located close to downtown Portland. Everyone enjoyed their……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Do be aware that there is no dedicated parking with this property, but there is a parking garage within a five minute walk that you can pay by the day or month- which may sound silly, but would be totally worth it if staying more than four days. We loved the apartment overall, and hope to stay again the next time we visit Portland.”
