「Amazing castle, food, staff, location. Everything was breathtaking and beautiful. If ever you have the chance, stay here! Words don't convey the experience. They were preparing for their holiday festivities, and the lights were lovely. 」

「I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.」

「This hotel is an absolute treasure. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate each of us. Every detail is considered and the entire experience is like walking into an oasis. The garden is a lovely retreat and one member of our group enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa just outside the garden. They commented that is was one of the best they have had. We stayed only one night and enjoyed a breakfast included in the stay, that was above and beyond even for Italy. The waiter...
