This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. “Andrea, the host, was super kind and helpful! He didn’t speak a lot of English but we still were able to communicate effectively with the help of my phone, and he knows the basics. He was very friendly as well and made sure I was comfortable. As a solo female traveler, that felt very reassuring. The room itself has great AC and has access to cute views from the shared terrace. “The overall experience was great. Registration went smoothly, though providing a photo of the entrance door would save time finding it. We had no problems overall. A minor cleaning issue: the nespresso coffeemaker wasn’t cleaned up of the previously used capsules and its tray wasn’t washed. “We had a great stay! Communication was great. Emailed the morning of with very specific details which was very helpful. Location of hotel was perfect, near the port and shopping. Skyhouse gave us the name of a driver they use to help people get around and he was amazing! We used him many times throughout the stay, honest and great guy!
